Dale F. Falcinelli

For over three decades, Dale has helped hundreds of CEOs and Boards of Directors achieve growth and profit objectives for the companies they serve. As a lead Investment Banker, Dales brings needed resources and financial expertise to emerging growth enterprises. His relationships with investors and strategic acquirers run deep and cut across a wide cross-section of industries.
Dale has served on dozens private and public company Boards, often assuming the role of Board Chair or Lead Director. He has also lectured in both the MBA and Executive MBA programs at the Wharton School’s Philadelphia and San Francisco campuses. Dale is a longstanding member of the MBA faculty at Lehigh University where he dedicates time and energy as volunteer Chairman of the Baker Institute for Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation.
Dale is widely recognized in Lehigh Valley, PA business circles for his professional accomplishments and contributions to the betterment of the community. He has made guest appearances on A&E’s Biography, PBS, and Fox Business. Dale received his B.S. in Business & Economics (with honors) and M.A. in Economics from Lehigh University [Beta Gamma Sigma and Omicron Delta Epsilon academic honor societies in business and economics], where he also completed coursework and written/oral examinations for the Ph.D. in Corporate Finance. Dale holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
