Andrew Daly joined Spouting Rock in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer with a focus on innovation, productivity and collaboration. He is an experienced leader with over 35 years in the asset management business, including time with The Vanguard Group, Rose Glen Capital, Gartmore Global Investments, and Aberdeen Asset Management. Andrew has demonstrated success leading, driving, and delivering on technology strategies to build companies and lead change. He is a transformative leader dedicated to creating data-driven solutions with exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. He is skilled at managing a diverse group of product teams by successfully translating business requirements into technology solutions maximizing efficiencies allowing for scalable and repeatable growth.  Andrew earned a BS in professional and liberal studies from Saint Joseph’s University.
