John DoddHead of Institutional Distribution
John joined SRAM in 2018, after nearly 30 years in the industry. He is responsible for the institutional sales, marketing, and distribution efforts of SRAM.
Prior to joining SRAM, John served over 7 years as the Head of Institutional Marketing for Levin Capital Strategies, LP, where he led the sales and marketing efforts in the U.S. and globally, in equity and alternative investments strategies. Previously, he served in similar roles including Managing Director- New Business Development/Institutional Sales at SGI Investors (Guggenheim Partners), and Managing Director- Head of Institutional Sales for US Trust AM. John was also Head of Sales for Friess Associates, a boutique equity firm that specializes in growth equity strategies.
John began his finance career in Institutional Sales, at Goldman Sachs in NYC. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in English and received an MBA from the Columbia Business School with a focus on Finance and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
